The journey considers Jaipur and then proceeds to Pushkar, which is among the sacred Indian towns with Brahma Temple, holy lake, and ghats with harmonious atmosphere. Then you head to the City of Lakes, Udaipur, which is renowned with palaces of love, clear lakes and picturesque nature. Lastly, the tour concludes with the sightseeing of the historical Chittorgarh, the seat of the biggest fort of India and tales of heroism, self-sacrifice and Rajput people pride. The 6-day Rajasthan tour is a great combination of heritage, culture, spirituality and natural beauty all in one making it a memorable Rajasthan experience.

Day 1: Arrival in Jaipur – Explore the Pink City

After arriving at Jaipur, you will be met by your representative at the airport/railway station and he will help you in checking in at the hotel. Give yourself time to clean up after travelling. Continue your adventure in the afternoon with the colourful Jaipur local markets including Bapu Bazaar and Johari Bazaar. The markets are ideal when one wants to buy beautiful Rajasthani jewellery, colourful juttis, bandhej sarees, lac bangles and handicrafts. You should also have the popular Rajasthani snacks such as pyaaz kachori, lassi, ghevar and dal baati churma. Spend the night in your Jaipur hotel and be ready to spend the whole day sightseeing tomorrow.

Day 2: Jaipur City Tour – Forts, Palaces & Heritage

Break your fast with a good breakfast at the hotel.

The sightseeing starts with the magnificent Amber Fort which is a UNESCO site built on a hilltop. You may also have a visit to its Sheesh Mahal, courtyards, royal gates and beautiful architecture. The second destination to visit is the City Palace, the royal palace transformed into a museum where it is possible to see royal costumes, arms, historical artefacts. It is a brief walk down to the historic Hawa Mahal where the pink honeycomb windows provide an excellent background to photos. Check out Jantar Mantar which is an old astronomical observatory and proceed to see the picturesque Jal Mahal which is the palace located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. During the evening, it is possible to have dinner in a traditional restaurant called Chokhi Dhani (Optional) where folk music, dancing, and delicious Rajasthani food will be offered. Stay overnight in Jaipur.

Day 3: Jaipur to Pushkar – Temples, Ghats & Spiritual Vibes

Breakfast and leave the hotel and drive to Pushkar among the oldest holy towns in India. Upon arrival, get into your hotel and have a rest. Afterwards, start sightseeing Pushkar by first visiting the renowned Brahma Temple in the world which is the last big temple of Lord Brahma. Explore the serene lanes by the sacred Pushkar Lake, where over 50 ghats have people praying. You can sit on the ghats and have the relaxing spiritual ambiance. During the evening visit the colourful Pushkar Market with leather bags, silver jewellery, handicrafts and colourful Rajasthani clothing.

Day 4: Pushkar to Udaipur – City of Lakes

After breakfast, drive to Udaipur- picturesque ride across Aravalli hills and lovely countryside. Got to Udaipur and settle in your hotel and have a little rest. During the evening go to the popular lake Pichola to have a relaxing ride in a boat (optional). The sight of the City Palace, Jag Mandir and the hills surrounding it in the lake make a magical sight particularly in the time of sunset. Stroll over those pretty old streets of Udaipur, which will give you miniature art paintings, colourful handicrafts and local snacks like kachori and malai ghevar. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 5: Udaipur City Tour – Culture, Lakes & Palaces

Begin your morning by having breakfast and go out on a sightseeing tour in Udaipur. Start with the great City Palace that is one of the largest complex of palaces in Rajasthan. See its royal courts, its reflections, halls and balances and the lovely crystal gallery. Afterwards go to Saheliyon Ki Bari, a beautiful garden constructed to serve royal ladies and is equipped with fountains, pools of lotus and marble pavilions. Then visit the Jagdish Temple which is an ancient temple with beautiful architecture and carvings. You can also pay a visit to the Vintage Car Museum ( optional) in case you adore classic and royal cars. Take your evening at Fateh Sagar Lake where you can have the cool breeze and the scenic views. You will be dropped at the point on the road leading to Chittorgarh later where you can get into a hotel or not as you have booked one.

Day 6: Chittorgarh Fort Visit – Tour Ends with Royal Memories

Wake up early in the morning and head to the great Chittorgarh Fort, the biggest fort in India with tales of heroism and martyrdom.Vijay Stambh, Kirti Stambh, Rana Kumbha Palace and Padmini Palace are some of the major places of interest.The fort presents spectacular views of the whole city and is full of history about Rani Padmini, Maharana Pratap and the heroic Rajput soldiers.You will be left at the railway station/airport after sightseeing Chittorgarh.The Royal Rajasthan Tour will be remembered by the memorable experience of palaces, lakes, temples, forts and the rich culture of Rajasthan.
