The transfer to the rustic heart of Rajasthan provides the views of traditional villages, dry lands along with changing landscape which makes the drive as memorable as the destination. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check in your hotel and have a relaxation time. In the afternoon, get started to discover the city by visiting a charming place of worship known as Birla Temple a white marble temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. Across the street, take a closer look at the beautiful Albert Hall Museum which you can only explore at the exterior because it has Indo-Saracenic architecture thus the best place to capture with your camera in the evening. When it is evening, take a leisurely drive on the wide streets of Jaipur as it is encrusted with its pink buildings which gives the city popular color. Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing – Palaces and Forts of the Pink City

Following a heavy breakfast, go out to visit one of the most majestic hilltop forts in Rajasthan Amber Fort. Lying between the Aravalli Hills, the fort is renowned with its beautiful courtyards, mirror halls, and carvings. Take your time as you explore its vast interior and hear of the glory of the Rajputs and royalty lifestyles. Head to the imperial City Palace, a hallmark in the royal history of Jaipur next. Visit its numerous museums, courtyards, and elaborately crafted gateways, and catch the air of the fusion of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. Nearby, a brief stroll away, one can find the very well-defined astronomical observatory that is called Jantar Mantar once the use of giant sundials and the astral instruments were deployed centuries ago. It should briefly stop at Hawa Mahal, or the Palace of winds, that is most admirable in its outer structure consisting of 953 jharokhas (windows). Day 3: Jaipur Exploration – Hidden Gems and Local Culture

To start off your day, have a drive up to the Nahargarh Fort, one of the lesser frequented yet gorgeous places of the city. At the top, you can see panoramic views of Jaipur below. There are also historical corridors and terrace cafes in the fort where you can enjoy some spare time without the crowd. Then go to Gaitore ki Chhatriyan, a serene complex of royal cenotaphs carved out of white marble and beautifully designed domes. These memorials are more of a reflective, serene place which provides an added dimension of understanding the royal past of Jaipur and they are a paradise to a photographer. Then, see the lovely Jal Mahal, a Water Palace, perched in the middle of the lake Man Sagar. It is not accessible to the general population on the inside, but still, the representation in the water is breathtaking. It is also possible to go through artisan stores closer to you being available hand-block printed clothes and miniature paintings, ceramics or pottery. Note. Close the day with a folk performance or traditional puppet show, in one of the local culture spots, alternately.
 

Day 4: Jaipur to Udaipur – Return with Rich Memories

Following your breakfast, make the check out of your hotel and start the drive back to Udaipur, going the way you once crossed the beautiful countryside of Rajasthan.
